NEET STUDY app as a Freemium app. This service is provided at no cost, with an option for In-App
Purchases, and is intended for use "as is."
1. Information Collection and Use
To provide and improve the service, the app handles certain types of data. We have never sold,
and will never sell, your personal data to anyone.
- Authentication: The app uses Firebase Anonymous Authentication. No email, phone
number, or password is required or collected for login.
- User Profile Data: You may choose to provide a display name and upload a profile
picture. This information is used strictly for display on the in-app scoreboard.
- Data Deletion & Modification: You have full control over your profile data. You can
edit or permanently delete your name and profile picture from the database at any time directly from
within the app.
2. Third-Party Services
The app uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:
- Google Play Services: Handles all In-App Purchases (IAP). We do not collect or
store your payment information.
- AdMob: Used to serve advertisements within the app. AdMob may collect device
identifiers and usage data to provide personalized or non-personalized ads.
- Firebase Analytics: Used strictly for analytical purposes to help understand how
the app is used and to improve the user experience.
3. Children's Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally
identifiable information from children under 13. If you are under 13, you are not permitted to use this
app.

NEET STUDY provides educational quizzes based on NCERT subjects. While we strive to provide accurate and
helpful study materials, the content is provided for general educational purposes. We do not guarantee
specific outcomes on the NEET examination.
2. Age Restrictions
You must be at least 13 years old to use this app. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age
requirement.
3. User-Generated Content and Scoreboard Conduct
- Profile Integrity: You are solely responsible for the name and profile picture you
choose to upload to the scoreboard.
- Reporting: If you encounter an inappropriate name or image on the scoreboard, you
may report it using the in-app reporting feature. Upon reporting, the offending image or name will
be hidden and removed from your specific view.
- Moderation: We reserve the right to remove any profile picture or display name from
our database that violates community standards or is deemed highly inappropriate.
4. In-App Purchases (IAP)
NEET STUDY offers an In-App Purchase option to permanently remove advertisements.
- All billing, payment processing, and transaction management are handled entirely by the Google Play
Store.
- Issues related to payment failures or refunds must be directed to Google Play Support.
5. Intellectual Property and Credits
- Ownership: The app, its original content, logic, and design are owned by ANANTHARAJ
SEKAR (NeoLeX).
- Third-Party Assets: This app utilizes certain icons provided by
Flaticon. All rights for these icons belong to their respective creators, and
credit is hereby acknowledged for their use.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. NeoLeX makes no warranties, expressed or
implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or
conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual
property or other violation of rights.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the app
after any such changes constitutes your consent to such changes.
